variety and details

No shortage of ideas. It'll take time to bake through everything. Of course, that's the idea. Anyway, it adds much more knowledge. I don't state my preferences. Find your own. Pizza and pretzels, pancakes, will become routine if you do your part.
All scratch as an old cook would say. Not out of a box nor a freezer box. No microwave nuking.
The smells of our past. It takes work and thinking. The rewards come in odd ways.

She has the ability to explain the needed technical aspects of working with wild yeast for any home baker to comprehend and succeed without a degree in chemistry. Many very accomplished Sourdough Bread Makers have written very informative books on this subject. Greenways's books provide a clear path from the beginning of your journey in sourdough bread making, to the point where you are ready to venture on and create your own path.

Theresa does an excellent job of breaking down the basics for the sourdough student. I picked up all four volumes of this series and am glad I did. It has great tips for newbies as well as for seasoned veterans. Looking forward to my learning through the volumes. Thanks!
